Terah Crawford is a driven and dedicated leader in the Garrett County, Maryland community and a successful real estate broker. With over ten years of experience in volunteer and leadership roles, she is devoted to enhancing the lives of residents, property owners, and visitors in the area while supporting local businesses.
Her extraordinary commitment to community development is evident in her role as the Real Estate Broker at Taylor-Made Deep Creek Sales. She leads a team of 35 members across Maryland, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania with expertise and professionalism. She has earned a reputation for integrity, hard work, and genuine care for the people of Garrett County.
As an eighth-generation Garrett County native, Terah has a unique understanding of the area and a contagious enthusiasm for its offerings. From childhood memories of swimming in Deep Creek Lake to enjoying winter sports at Wisp Resort and exploring the many parks in Garrett County, Terah knows the joys of living in this picturesque region.
Her passion for community involvement extends beyond her real estate work. She serves as treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Garrett County Board of Realtors, having previously held various other positions within the organization, including President in 2020-2021. In 2022, Terah was honored with the REALTOR of the Year award for her dedicated service to the GCBR and the community. She is also a Director of the Garrett Workforce Housing Alliance, which aims to expand housing opportunities for local citizens. She co-founded the Women’s Association of Mountain Maryland alongside her mother, Dawn Beitzel, providing networking and speaking opportunities for regional businesswomen. Terah also serves on the board of HART for Animals and has previously served on the boards for the Dove Center and the Garrett County Celtic Festival, as well as a committee member for GOBA.
In addition to her many community activities, she is the founder of The Terah Crawford Band, a group of talented musicians who have shared their gift of music with the regional community for the past decade.
She and her husband, Eric, are raising two children in Friendsville, MD. Her involvement in the community and creative pursuits have complimented her successful real estate career, allowing her to connect with amazing people in the area. With her unwavering dedication, enthusiasm, and commitment to the growth and well-being of Garrett County, Terah looks forward to continuing to work in the housing, business, and arts communities of this beautiful corner of Maryland.
