Born and raised in the beautiful state of West Virginia. I lived in Fairmont, WV for most of my childhood and then moved to Morgantown where I graduated from University High School. Throughout my youth, I was active in baseball, basketball, and football. I was always the social and outgoing child who made friends easily and some would say, talk too much! After high school I attended West Virginia University where I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Science.
During my college career, I became interested in real estate. I would continuously look at investment properties and options for me to be involved in the market. During my junior year at WVU, I finally invested in my first student rental. A year after that, I was eager to keep progressing in the market. I then passed my real estate exam and was awarded my Real Estate License in West Virginia. I had a great first year as a Realtor and then proceeded to buy two more student rental duplexes. I now own 10 units total and am constantly searching to add to my portfolio!
I have always been one to expand my learning, look for ways to better myself, and increase my knowledge to further help my clients. I reached out to the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission and started learning and studying their rules and laws. I passed my exam and became licensed in Pennsylvania!
Shortly after, I reflected on how much I loved Deep Creek, how often I travel and vacation to Ocean City, and decided I needed to expand east and be licensed in the great state of Maryland. After doing my research and studying, I took the Maryland exam, and am licensed in Maryland!
I look forward to working with all of my clients, creating new lifetime friendships, and continuing my passion in real estate! I will continue to expand and develop my knowledge and expertise in the field to better myself in order to be the best agent possible.
